I would imagine that the Lind share would equal a vote for Peter; Aura gets funding, Pete gets his salary paid and Lind makes bank.
What I’m concerned about is how deep it can go and how much of a deterrent it can be for the ability to raise future capital when the Lind facility is no longer available and you’ve got outstanding convertibles on the balance sheet. Lind could end up with the assets.
