Fair call. I'm assuming they were converted because the B2B launch was delayed until after February '21, which is when these unquoted options would have expired. Therefore whoever converted the options is going to sell the converted shares in the very near future. My guess is that they'll wait for price to be corrected upward and then begin to sell on a high volume trading day. All guesswork, though.
