And Mather is collectively receiving over a million dollars for what.....nothing heard from him for months other than he got a bonus of $475,000 when forced to resign as CEO of SOLG; that he has taken another job as a consultant to a different company and all the companies he is involved with are going backwards....not one of them has increased in value in the last 12 months. Sorry, there is one that is doing okay, but the Board of DGR doesn't feel necessary to tell shareholders of what is happening! You don't have to guess what my votes at the AGM will be. Pity that Mather's position isn't being voted on.
