Western Australian-based lithium exploration and development company Winsome Resources
(ASX:WR1; “Winsome” or “the Company”) advises it has approved and issued 200,000 Shares (ASX
Code: WR1) on 24 March 2022, in accordance with the terms of its Decelles Option Agreement, which
was announced to the market on 31 January 2022. The Company has approved and issued 20,000
shares to an employee. Pursuant to the Company’s capacity under Listing Rule 7.1, the issues of these
shares do not require shareholder approval.
