Strange indeed. While it appears on the surface to be a simple oversight, it is nonetheless rare for such standard statements to be overlooked, and repeated offences even more so. It is also odd that a trading halt would be called over something like this. It was never going to be a major issue, which makes me wonder what else is going on in the background.
