Assuming 2 quarters of money will be raised, or why bother- at minus 4.5M a quarter, roughly 9M will have to be raised at roughly a 20% discount post consolidation just to keep the lights on. With today's SP- that means $9M at 0.0016, or 5.6B shares.. currently have 3B odd shares outstanding.. so-- immediate 60-70% drop in the value of the asset hahahahaha f*. Totally understandable why no one is buying this crap.. coz right after the agm in 2 weeks were gna get cooked another 70% lmao... im holding at this point just to see how this clown fiasco plays out & thank f* for diversification
