It wouldn't be too difficult to find out who the company is in the industry. I've seen many companies announce contracts that didn't eventuate for different reasons.

if this new company comes out and says company B is going to buy $12 mill of their ink then company A may cut off the ink supply immediately

There's quite a bit to producing C103 to exact specifications. Hank has expressed...... What do you expect the profit margin to be to break even?
