yeah, thats what had me wondering.
A note conversion lower than the floor price seems they used the 15% annual placement capacity to do it.
15m at 1c. = 150k.
Why not just hurry the F up and sell the equipment.
Or was it the note holder, already committed, and didnt want to lose profit. ?
