But, if there is more than one interested party, perhaps getting on with actually developing it, and come along with our relations with the Cuban government, our foot in the door is more pressing than allowing the peer to JV with us. Do you think they can just pick up the phone and call the Cuban government and introduce themselves as vultures in waiting ?
