Can any prospective JV partner not see the dire financial situation AAU is in and play that way?? There has been a lot of discussion on finalizing a deal but as yet nothing. Why not?? What is the hold up?? Aspects of any prospective deal not good enough for a JV partner as it sure seems that way.
The issuance of the con note shows the dire situation AAU is in and so does the sp - any prospective 'cornerstone' investor would be acutely aware - one would think. Don't believe I'm the bad guy here but recent events are rather concerning wouldn't you say??
