the most recent 2A on the 23rd May showed there being less that 27m Con Notes left, so that's over 100m Con Notes that have been converted

The original Con Note terms said a maximum of 66,666,667 per $1m of Con Note debt giving con notes a nominal value of 1.5 cents, being the floor price.

Hence my statement / question, overlaying the blance of Con Notes versus the decrement of, by way of Conversion alongside the same time period would be very interesting too, tells the story IMO of this sell off period and low VWAP

As it stands I beleive someone has loaded up with (or added to their holdings) a 10% stake based upon the now SOI number of 996m shares, which is an interesting sized stake be it either a friend or foe scenario going forward, box seat kind of stuff you might say.
