Maybe......it's a question of degree to management failure. Some of the 'failings' are resultant of jurisdictional headwinds. Not all but some. Brian as you know on balance has had a very successful career as a co-founder of a handful of mid/large sized resource companies that made him & investors many times their money. They were not smooth rides however.....I look back at Portman, Mt Gibson, Austral & Sth Blackwater Coal. All had gut wrenching rides esp in their formative years......huge swings with commodity pricing fluctuations in production yet if you stuck with them the rewards were there. I'm not blind to the risks here considering the suck capital, lack of progress & the cost of time. I am however a very recent investor. That said, it only needs a few things to go right here I think for the market to reconsider. A lot of weight was placed on the arbitration proceeds which would have made all things considered much easier & I'm sure you would have had a large re-rate if the arbitration was more favourable.
