Thanks, I'm guessing the experienced board also had a lot to do with the over optimism that caused the share price to go ballistic:

These include independent chairman Dr Ronald Weinberger, the former CEO of Nanosonics and the current CEO of EMVision, and executive director and director of operations Dan Kao, the former senior designer for ResMed." I've got NAN and EMV, so no complaints there, good management and worldwide contacts should be a positive for CSX going forward.
