This news was not really new as it was included in the 23 Jan update. Just a few more details now. So not price sensitive.
The lesson for me was that many investors might have overlooked it at the time, focussing on the financial aspects of the update. Then, when seen in isolation, the penny drops about the potential significance.
The best thing about investing in small caps is there are more opportunities to find mispriced stocks like these, before its blatantly obvious.
