Funny, when the road was untolled, it was often more like the Clem 7 parking lot, rather than the Clem 7 tunnel.
Slap the (discounted) toll on, and the situation was almost the complete reverse.
Unfortunately for the tunnel operators, it would seem that most, if not all, of the small increase in traffic will be negated if and when the full toll price is charged.
It would not surprise me in the least to see a completely new pricing strategy introduced to get drivers through the tolls.
