Refer page 18 part 10 of the half yearly finance report 31/12/09. Anyway , i don't claim to know exactly the amount available to them but the point i was trying to make was i don't think there will be a cap raising because they do have some leeway there and they ( Rivercity ) have previously said they might need to use it. i get sick of tired of reading speculation on HC as soon as a company has a few issues that there will be a massive dilutive cap raising.
