Annualised this would be $5.351 Mill

Debt outstanding, I will say 1.1 Billion.

Say interest rate of 5% average (this is quite low), as im sure they have loan amounts maturing at different times and rates.

To cover interest, the co would need to make $55 mill / year to cover interest.

Therefore traffic flow would need to increase roughly ten fold from current levels.

To me this is a tall task to meet.
