With the tin price where it is and the numbers likely to be confirmed and projected returns increased,it is just a matter of time.

ELT share price is not keeping up with the increase in Tin prices. We should be well past 52 week highs by now and the SP is struggling. Does this mean the market priced the stock incorrectly months ago?

I just do not understand how we are cheaper now with Tin at its highs?
