Perhaps you are right, it may be a discount for uncertainty of how projects are progressing? i was just thinking the business would be valued based on all current information (which would form a static base valuation) + a factor for the improvement in project economics due to rising tin prices. it's a strange one.. I would expect it to be rising at the moment.
