@govr - the product appears to be largely related to consulting activities (joint initiatives, collaboration for new product development, data science and artificial intelligence learnings) or the c5 software universe.
If Volt is a start-up lending bank, they would be hoping that they will not require too much use of a collections platform in FY20, otherwise they would have written a lot of bad loans, so it must be more of the former than the latter.
I wonder if the Volt CEO knows he is on the hook for a $3M consulting spend in FY20?
