    As much as I like having Lev around, I don't think he has a strong case here. His own actions have been quite inconsistent with what he is looking to achieve. He should have exerted his influence and had his say as a board member - instead he is sniping at the current board members from the outside for what appears to be personal reasons as much as professional/commercial reasons.
