I don't think this is that surprising. If you sell off a chunk of your PDLs then there is as a result less to collect. I think the main things to be looking at are the boots on the ground statistics, i.e how many calls are being made by collectors and how successful those calls have been, and the numbers have been speaking for themselves.

You can speculate all you like on the balance sheet, but that doesn't really help anyone.
