m2km, I went looking based on your comments about head of purchase, does appear he is doing anything else. Wasn't he appointed by Rivas, also the prior COO who was promoted from CIO. Wonder ehy they left. Interesting on the new COO, she was only a Senior Ops Mgr when she started in July 2015.
LookIng at management background I think it has gone backwards in demonstrated experience.
The fact they struggled to find new Board members and failed to find a new Chairman, 9 months, something doesn't smell right. Maybe Lev is onto something.
