They are 80% levered and have a track record of shall we say, "adventurous" accounting.
Good luck, but I would not go near it...
If unemployment rises meaningfully next year the company could fold due to its collections forecasts being out of whack, triggering impairment. Granted, I think Aus will fair better than other countries, there is still a lot of risk to collections outlook.
