    The "Old Man" is only 40 and Retired to spend quality time with his family.
    He still holds 500,000 shares in the company and plans to hold LT.

    I tripled my holding @ 1.02 today and very pleased with the future prospects.

    I believe the restructuring cost's are for the division handling ATO and other upcoming contracts.
