Hi This announcement is about the recapitalisation of Collection House (CLH), not a specific deal as part of the recapitalisation process. I doubt the announcement is not posted on all senior debtors pages to indicate a transaction. If CCP make a deal specific announcement then by all means, but this is CLH relevant directly. It would appear others agree with this interpretation and see it should be moved. Interestingly it is posted on CLH just a minute before so does support the thesis of the post being intentional.
