So they obtained less than 20c in the dollar for arrangements being sold. From reading presentations from other players, I understand that's less than the typical price paid for new debts which haven't been worked. Accounts which are under performing repayment arrangement should achieve closer to 40c in the market. Even with trailing service fee (which has a cost to generate), this doesn't look like a good deal economically.
