    Item 3.9 has been similar for the past two quarters so I'm not entirely convinced that this expense is not recurring, at least in the short-term anyway.

    I believe we'll see a non-core asset sale (as indicated) or some form of capital injection this quarter.

    There will be a significant rebound in the collections business in 2022. I expect to see the company cash flow positive by the June quarter.
