Hi Pioupiou, I have followed many of your posts on CCP with great interest due to your analysis. Without any real analysis, I also have a holding in Credit Clear (although a very small one. I have not researched or tried to analyse it in depth. What seems to be of interest is that its use of email and client web access seems to work well with a particular group of debtors. If CCP does not already have this capability, Credit Clear would e a nice 'bolt on' to improve CCP's efficiency by using automation as part of the suite of tools in the debt recovery process. This would allow the CCP staff to focus on the more delinquent debtors. Just a thought. It might provide CCP with a 'step up' in its collection efficiency.
