Doodling with some valuations considering both EPS and DPS - with a growth rate of 3% I have fair valuation valuation between $1.60 and $2.0, I wonder why the sell off this afternoon... Not much not to like about the report tbh.
Anyway rerate or no rerate, i'm getting a 7.2% dividend, will continue to hold and I expect this to be trading around the $1.6 mark by mid year.
