Well spotted @vestro
This is not the first time that CLH has tried to air-brush inconvenient history from the record - my recent post on "Where is the CFO?" notes that the latest annual reports that Kristine May was appointed to the role of CFO in July 2016, whereas in fact George Wilson, ex MD of Repcol, was appointed to the role at that time. I cannot understand why they continue to deny easily checkable facts. It is an erosion of trust.
Perhaps Rivas needs to put out a statement clarifying (a) what roles he did have at Repcol, be it in Australia or elsewhere and (b) what exactly happened at Repcol during this time, specifically with regards to the default on the Cargill convertible notes and the company's eventual demise?
