I've never quite understood these long term trading halts. We all know what there is to know short term. Shares are clearly not worth $1.09. PDL assets are clearly not worth what was previously stated, CLH needs to raise capital which would dilute shareholders and the CEO put it all in the too hard basket and tinder ghosted everyone and now lives in India. We have all the information at hand that we will know in the near term. The shares should therefore be traded at whatever they are worth now (unless there is a takeover in the works) which is doubtful.
