I find it odd that people keeps bashing robo advice when in the interview itself Patrick reckons AI is something IAM would get into since at some point the logistics issue would kick in as we grow. AI also helps with the margin according to PC. And the face to face component, are we all looking at how the portal would help and comparsion with ordering pizza online? I don't see where the face to face component in that is. The new appointment while has a face to face aspect to it is more to facilitate onboarding of customers and training, I don't see why it can't work hand in hand with robo advice. So i don't think there is a issue with the tech rather it is the implementation that matters.
