This article talks about the drivers behind the ATO shifting to web based tax returns instead of e-tax, I didn't see anywhere if it has been outsourced or being done internally.

I don't agree that there will be a 'tsunami' coming for the company but it does seem like they're struggling to get any news worthy pieces of work or tender wins.  The board and executive levels need a refresh to drive some better strategy, they've spent a number of years blaming market conditions (which I've considered a cop out for quite sometime).  The IT consultancy arms of global companies like CSC, Accenture, HP, IBM, Lockheed are collectively winning billions of dollars of government contracts in Australia.

I haven't held for a number of years but considering buying back in at this price level.
