Pretty spot on... the past directors have done a very poor job.
The current situation should have never happened.
They are not bargining in a position of power in any way now with TEG.
You get the feeling now they will be forced in giving up alot to get a deal done, in one way or another which will devalue shareholders.
Lets see what they can pull out of the bag.....
