    I suspect that historical shareholders will face significant losses. I’m not sure why the CEO is still in place—removing him would also save the company $40K per month in salary. I can’t overlook how poorly the company has been managed under his leadership, with constant capital raises and repeated promises of progress—“next week, next month, next quarter, next year”—yet nothing ever materialising. In my opinion, his time is up.

    If the board is concerned that making a change might impact the Korean deal, I’d suggest they consider that the high-level Korean counterparts they’re dealing with are smart and highly diligent. You can be sure they are conducting thorough due diligence and seeing through any facades being presented. If I can see it, they can see it—and I certainly wouldn’t rely on the current executive to run a potentially billion-dollar operation.
