There is speculation on the HC STK thread that a little while ago our former JVP was subject to Take Over discussions by Carlyle Group (now bidding for SANTOS) but this was not disclosed to the market. There was also another suggestion that another PB player may have also been targeted by the Carlyle Group. Not many other PB players about so could that be TEG or BPT? TEG would be a very cheap target whilst BPT not so.
