Well, I don't see this as a 'negative' or a 'worst case'.
However, it is not a 'best case' or 'good case'.
So IMO, it's middle ground, which is a WIN by TEG's standards.
The best thing is, PGY will continue to pay the operating costs and PGY still accepts the obligation to pay.
However, we are very much reliant on BECOS now . . . .
