So what’s the hold up here? As I understand it PGY has everything in place, everything……
IMHO not quite everything, indeed the most important thing missing at this time is NOPTA approval to go ahead with CC&S
So really all it has are plans and ambition and those not really worth much
I expect a re-rate as soon as NOPTA approval comes through and then can get on to working to reach its goals
