Was likely a trader who took the price up first. This stock is a good trader as its fairly tight book and good traders can see that in the chart. Demand for the stock always comes in so they know they can set it up.
I highly doubt any one entity got 15m units or more in the CR unless they were proven to be a believer and were in it for the long haul.
the chart ended the week well imo and hopefully we get continuation next week. If the stock can close 1 2 pips higher every week id be very happy
