Seismic data processing is an iterative and interactive process so the company would have had access to data and processed outputs at various stages of processing...
@Luvlife account of his discussions with TEG "management" seem to point out that the data was looked over very thoroughly for "months" by Talon and NZOG prior to them committing.
If management are not willing to be more specific and clear in their communications, maybe the best way to deal with this is to raise a complaint with ASIC and see what they are able to find out.
