I'm not an industry insider so I won't quibble with your 10 month time line for getting the seismic done
I assume that both TPD & NZO were shown some form of data before they farmed in to the permit or did they commit on a gut feeling only
IMO the data may be available now but has not been released because CT is a perfectionist
Sometimes you can look at something for too long - the data is the data - and you need to progress the matter
