A solution will be found but there is a long and drawn out process in Australia just to build a Dunny let alone a small oil refinery or a crude export terminal.
There is only 6 months or so to do it.
Talk about streamlining regulations is just that.
We have seen how not one public servant has lost their job due to Covid but approvals for all sorts of things have hit a brick wall.
The tail wags the dog in this country.
