This is a bloody good deal for TEG, PROVIDING Blingo comes up with the cash prior to October.
Though he has just made a very nice announcement minutes ago about a $6.5M Govt grant.
That helps this deal.
Looks very much like Govt now is very supportive about it all, good.
So Bingo must be very confident about getting some substantial funds in his Bank by October.
Korean money or financed money, as long as it gets the cash and paid to us for operating expenses for CH and the start of the transfer.
Aug 1 is 8 days away and then PGY wears the CH bill for ongoing operations, that is REAL good.
Shut in in August and bye bye oil production then and a new phase start of life begins for the old girl.
Our TEG balance sheet will look a hell of a lot better moving forward.
