if a doctor stuffs up it is my understanding they get sued not the hospital? Might be wrong but all medical procedures carry risk and insurance covers that risk or there would be no one willing to enter the industry.
doctors have removed the wrong organ or the healthy part of an organ rather than the cancerous part and the hospital as well as the doctor continue on afterwards. This is not that bad.
and if the pregnancy doesn't take as is common in IVF what happens then?
