The reputational damage to company is now embedded. I don't blame past clients for wanting paternity or DNA testing as I know personally, I would feel exactly the same if I had any doubts about my child.

With the high cost to access IVF treatment one could reasonably expect to receive a certain level of professionalism and for the most part that is likely what was performed. But as with any incident where there is smoke there is fire and I doubt that these two incidents will be the only concerns uncovered now that the spotlight is going to be shone very brightly on the current practices.
