The numbers coming out of China in the last week or so re Coronavirus are very telling.
It also looks like we are seeing a plateau - see below. Bearing in mind that the population of China is 1.45 Billion. 80,738 infected. (.0055%) 3,120 deaths. . (.00021%). In context, the mortality from motor accidents in china is 256,000.
These numbers may be a very interesting indicator. Worth preparing for a serious rebound when the numbers start to show this is hardly the end of the world and some prudent measures taper the curve off pretty quickly. It may come sooner than people think as the roll off is occurring now on low infection numbers.
Out of interest, the absolutes of people affected/dying from Corona are nowhere near the number of people who die with sleep apnea as a contributory factor. In the USA, an estimated 38,000 die from heart disease directly complicated by sleep apnea alone per year That is just one category and doesn't count asthma, COPD, strokes etc.. it is a very high number; and certainly much more for the Chinese population.
IMO need to be quick on the buy trigger when the wake up you are not dead idea takes hold
