    Very positive indeed though I have slight reluctance on rerate given shares on issue. IHL is a small cap sure by it with oppies being converted has a significant number of shares on issue. At some point in time BOD should at least be prompted to undertake share reorganise, maybe something like a 10:1 so that cap structure isn't so unwieldy imo
