@hurcorh I don't understand your issue, if we are talking about a minimum 20% improvement on current "best practices", this will have a profound impact on the industry (globally).

In regards to the analogy of "pass mark", it's easy to make up facts, right.

- Would you be happy with a pass mark to get into TAFE, maybe not;
- Would you be happy with a pass mark to get into Harvard, yes.
