FINALLY, that's hugely positive news - my daughter has asthma, so I'll get some from the chemist today to see if it makes a difference.
It's a large market potential for Biome:
- Around 2.7 million Australians (11% of the total population) have asthma, based on self‑reported data from the 2017–18 Australian Bureau of Statistics (ABS) National Health Survey (NHS) (ABS 2018).
In the UK, over 8 million people, or approximately 12% of the population, have been diagnosed with asthma.
